The MAX-Q470A 10th Gen. Core Micro-ATX Motherboard with 5G
The MAX-Q470A is the latest micro-ATX industrial motherboard from Aaeon Technology, featuring a 5G compatible M.2 3052 socket and built to run the latest Intel 10th Gen. Core LGA1200 processor series. With a 25% core increase over previous generations and a burst frequency of up to 5.2GHz, the MAX-Q470A aims to deliver the powerful computing and speed needed for the most intensive applications from workstations, cryptocurrency mining to Edge AI systems. The MAX-Q470A is powered by the Intel Comet Lake processors and features the Intel Q470E chipset which supports management features like iAMT 12.0, TPM and Intel vPro. The motherboard has four DIMM memory slots supporting up to 128GB DDR4 2933MHz system memory, a M.2 2280 storage slot for NVMe SSDs and supports three independent displays on the I/O plate with a choice of a combination of three HDMI, one VGA and one LVDS interface which is located on the board itself and is for pairing directly to a flat panel LCD. As part of our Embedded System Services, Impulse can offer a complete board to display pairing service including the display of your choice, a custom display BIOS plus interface cables for an all-in-one cost-effective HMI solution.
In addition to the features above the MAX-Q470A is packed with I/O and expansion options including two PCIe [x16} slots, two PCIe [x4] slots for adding GPU, I/O and DAQ peripheral cards, one M.2 2230 E-Key socket, a M.2 3042/3052/2242 B-Key socket for cellular connectivity along with a Micro SIM socket. On the rear I/O plate there are dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, six USB3.2 ports, a single RS-232/422/485 port whilst internally on the board there are three additional RS-232 ports and a 8-bit digital I/O programmable interface.
Hardware monitoring come as standard on the board including temperature, voltage and fan monitoring helping to keep the board stable and protected during operation. The MAX-Q470A also supports the latest Windows 10 64-bit OS along with Linux Ubuntu 64-bit support, both of which Impulse can assist with.
With our Industrial computing capabilities, we can create reliable, repeatable and revision controlled systems time and time again, aimed at reducing your overall project costs and development time. With our team of in-house engineers and specialists, all with decades of experience, we can offer you fully deployable industrial computing solutions straight out of the box.
